Good posture is more than just standing up straight. We will take a deep dive into the importance of maintaining good structural posture in all situations. Preventable chronic pain is the norm for so many people. Shed a light on the drivers that tend to break down posture, and, more importantly, how to correct it through simple mindfulness tools and purposeful movements. By the end of this class you will be able to:
· Identify key drivers of postural breakdowns
· Ability to choose appropriate tool and exercises to address musculoskeletal tension.
· Have a set of good practices that will correct then maintain strong healthy posture
